Terms &amp; Conditions Please read these conditions carefully. Your signature below confirms that you agree that these conditions apply and extend to you and any person (collectively referred to as 'Guests') occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at your invitation or with your authority. Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveler Accommodation Providers (Liability)Act 2001 (QLD), the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902 (NSW), and Conditions of Bailment. Guests agree to abide by the House Rules and building by-laws of the Body Corporate. Guests who breach the House Rules (including those listed below) may be required to depart at the discretion of the Manager. *Guests are to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the complex by all other guests &amp; residents * No Pets allowed on the premisies whatsoever. * I authorise Maintenance/Housekeeping staff access to my unit if necessary. Please note the following additional charges will be automatically added to your account to be settled prior to departure, or deducted from your security bond, or charged to your credit card ( I hereby authorise the use of the credit card, details of which were provided on check in, to cover such charges): *$50 Callout fee to attend to a complaint about excessive noise, nuisance behavior, general disturbances, or room lockouts. *Charge to replace lost or stolen room keys at cost. *Costs as charged by the local Fire &amp; Rescue Authority for attending to unnecessary fire alarms. *Costs to replace any items found to be missing or broken from the unit. *Additional cleaning charges, at cost, if the unit is left in an untidy manner (including kitchen items unwashed and rubbish not removed), *Cleaning charges, at cost, if smoking or foul smells evident in room.&nbsp; The accommodation rate is agreed upon and no alterations will be made during or after your stay. Please check the accommodation rate and resolve any questions with Reception prior to signing below. There is no refund for early departure. I agree that my liability for all charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event any indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. This includes damage to, and losses in, the property described in 'Unit No' above. This open-plan 1-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen with a full size oven, 4 stove tops, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. There is a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and split system air conditioning.
Rack price is for two guests.

Included guests is 2 people, extra guests will be supplied a sofa/couch.
