Terms & Conditions
Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Please read these conditions carefully. You agree that these conditions apply and extend to you and any person (collectively referred to as 'Guests') occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at your invitation or with your authority.
Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability)Act 2001 (QLD), the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902 (NSW), and Conditions of Bailment. Guests agree to abide by the House Rules and building by-laws of the Body Corporate.
Guests who breach the House Rules (including those listed below) may be required to depart at the discretion of the Manager
*Guests are to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the complex by all other guests & residents
*We love Pets, but leave yours at home as we need Body Corporate approval
*I authorise Maintenance/Housekeeping staff to access to my unit if necessary
Please note the following additional charges will be automatically added to your account to be settled prior to departure, or deducted from your security bond, or charged to your credit card ( I hereby authorise the use of the credit card, details of which were provided on check in, to cover such charges):
*$50 Callout fee to attend to a complaint about excessive noise, nuisance behavior's, general disturbances, or room lockouts.
*Charge to replace lost or stolen room keys
*Costs as charged by the local Fire & Rescue Authority for attending to unnecessary fire alarms
*Costs to replace any items found to be missing or broken from the unit
*Additional cleaning charges, at cost, if the unit is left in an untidy manner
*Cleaning charges, at cost, if smoking or foul smells evident in room
